New Neighbor Welcome Open House
On Sunday, October 10th, the Potomac Landing Board of
Directors will host a WELCOME OPEN HOUSE at the home of James and Carol
Browning at 24052 Caravel. Anyone who wants to come and meet some new
neighbors or talk with Board members is welcome to stop by for snacks
from 3 - 5 pm.
Pumpkin Decorating/ Carving
One of our new neighbors, Corinna Taylor, has a talent for holiday crafts.
On Sunday, Oct. 17th , from 2 – 4 pm, she has graciously
offered to open her home at 32352 Ridgeway to all of us (including children
accompanied by parent) who want to come over and decorate or carve pumpkins.
Pumpkins, supplies, snacks and drinks will be provided. Please RSVP to
Corinna at 495-5110.
Jump Fest
On Saturday, November 13th, from 1 – 4pm, we will
have two jump houses just for the fun of it! They will be located in the
Common Area at the end of the Wanigan Way cul-de-sac. One jump house will
be for pre-school age children and another for the older kids. Parents
must attend to supervise their children.
Holiday Home Tour
Join us on Sunday, December 5th, 4 – 7pm for a
fun neighborhood holiday celebration. Bring the family to see the lights,
have some cider and cookies, and peek inside a few of the beautiful homes
in our community. Watch for more details on this new event in November.
Making Gingerbread Houses
Stop by on Tuesday, December 13th, from 3 – 4:30pm
to make be guided in the art of gingerbread house construction by Corinna
Taylor. Children under 7 must bring a grown-up to help. We will provide
all the supplies needed, but request an RSVP to help us purchase goodies.

“Blast Into The Past” Progressive Dinner
You won’t want to miss this delightful adult event that offers on
opportunity to meet some new friends and remember the best tastes and
sounds of three different decades.
We will have appetizers as if the ‘40s, dinner in the ‘50s,
and dessert in the ‘60s.
